Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping for all mainland UK locations. Goods will be shipped from our UK warehouse once funds have cleared. We use a combination of Royal Mail, Parcelforce, EVRi and DHL.

UK mainland orders take 2-3 working days to arrive (Next working day shipping is also available at the checkout).

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (except on UK bank holidays). Orders placed before 1pm will be processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders to other global locations may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.


  1. You have the right to cancel the sale at any time up to the end of 30 days after you receive the goods.
  2. To exercise your right of cancellation you must submit a request in writing within the 30 days of receiving the good(s). Notification by telephone will not constitute a formal request.
  3. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for the return cost of the goods. Any original postage paid will be refunded upon return.
  4. If you exercise you right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods back to us at your own expense. The goods and the original packaging must be returned to the address shown below. You must take care to package the goods and ensure they are not damaged in the meantime or whilst in transit.
  5. Refunds can take between 7-10 days to process after receipt of the item.
