We offer free standard shipping for all mainland UK locations. Goods will be shipped from our UK warehouse once funds have cleared. We use a combination of Royal Mail, Parcelforce, EVRi and DHL UK mainland orders take 2-3 working days to arrive (Next working day shipping is also available at the checkout). Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (except on UK bank holidays). Orders placed before 1pm will be processed and dispatched the same day. **We do not currently offer international shipping, apologies for any inconvenience caused.**
We are currently arranging options for international shipping. If you would like to order outside the UK and shipping options do not appear at the checkout, please contact us at customerservice@periea.com for a custom quotation.
We don’t currently offer same day local delivery- however next working day shipping is available at the checkout

The cost of delivery services which allow you to choose a time slot is very high, so we do not currently offer this service.

If you are ordering as a gift, direct to someone else’s address, please let us know at customerservice@periea.com. Send us an email with Gift and your order number in the title, as soon as you have completed your order.
We offer 2 options for payments, debit and credit card payments through the website or payment via PayPal.

Refunds can take between 3-5 working days to process after receipt of the item.
