We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer worldwide shipping in the future.
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.
Standard delivery takes approximately 2 to 3 working days.
We offer an optional paid upgrade at checkout for next working day delivery. The cost for this service is £4.99.
Standard delivery is free for all orders. Next working day delivery is available for £4.99.
We use a variety of couriers including Royal Mail, Yodel, DHL Express, and Parcelforce.
All orders are tracked. Customers will receive tracking information by email once their order has been dispatched.
We do not have specific rules regarding missed deliveries or redelivery attempts. Customers should follow the instructions provided by the courier.
Customers must provide a full and accurate delivery address. We accept delivery to PO Boxes.
While we dispatch orders promptly, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by courier services or events outside our reasonable control. We will, however, assist customers in resolving courier-related delays wherever possible.
We do not accept orders for items that are out of stock or available for preorder.
We currently deliver only within the UK but plan to offer international shipping soon.
Missing parcels should be reported after 1 week from the expected delivery date. Damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
If an order fails to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer should use the tracking information to contact the courier directly.
